Optus Fixed 'yes' Fusion Terms & Conditions

Important information: 1. Requires 24-month connection. Minimum total cost (with direct debit and $9.95 equipment delivery fee) is $1905.95. Available to residential Optus Broadband and Home Phone customers on the Optus Direct or Cable networks. Optus services are not available to all homes in all areas or in NT or TAS. All services must be in the same name and service address for a minimum term of 24 months. 2. Unlimited calls only for standard local and national residential calls and calls to Optus GSM mobiles and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Optus Local and Long Distance Fair Goª policy applies. Excludes some call types including calls to non-Optus GSM mobiles, international calls, 19XX calls, Directory Assistance and Operator Service calls plus other services such as Voicemail and unlisted number service. Normal call charges apply to calls and services that are not part of the included value Cancellation fees apply. 3. If you find that you are not serviceable to receive Optus Fixed 'yes' Fusion, you may be eligible to receive Optus Wireless 'yes' Fusion via the Optus Mobile Network.

From just $791 a month, you get:

  • Free2 Internet Security Suite until 31 March 2009
  • $05 Inzone modem rental

And for $89 a month and you will receive 7GB Broadband usage4.

Data Limit: 2GB or 7GB depending on the plan you take. Excess usage fees apply if allowance is exceeded.

Things you must know before you buy

Optus Wireless 'yes' Fusion is only available to customers within the 3G/HSPA network. The Optus Wireless Telephone service is an alternative for a standard fixed line telephone service supporting local, long distance and fixed to mobile calls. This service does not work in the event of a mains power failure. This service may not be suitable for you if you require a disability service; have a back-to-base home alarm system; or you require an uninterrupted telephone line. Optus is the only long distance provider available on this service. You will not be able to select another carrier for National, International and calls to mobiles. ACMA Customer Service Guarantee does not apply to this service. Maximum theoretical speeds on the Optus 3G/HSPA network is 3.6Mbps. Average speeds on Optus Wireless Broadband are between 512kbps and 1.5Mbps and the experience my not be as fast as other Optus Broadband products.
